Refund Policy – 30 Day Money Back Guarantee

The 30 Money Back Guarantee does not apply to any additional items or services; this includes but is not limited to Domain Name Services, Website Services, IP Addresses, SSL Certificates and any other additional services.

This guarantee only applies to new customers. If you are an existing client and purchase more hosting from DRC Hosting or one of our Affiliates, this guarantee does not apply.

Refunds are not available after the initial 30 day period. Any request for cancellation must be received via email to Sales or Support Department or via regular mail. You will then receive a confirmation upon the cancellation of your account.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by DRC Hosting for violating our Terms of Service do not qualify for our 30 day money back guarantee.
